I like Cotto and all but I'll feel badly for him when he runs into the Pacman's "buzz saw" and gets shredded into pieces. Though I hope it will be exciting while it lasts. JAT :wave:

Pacquiao's not going to apply the type of pressure guys like Clottey and Margarito were successful (for the most part) at doing and also throwing at a high rate. It's a style match up that really favors both guys. Pac's not going to chase Cotto and will be more selective with his shots than he was with either Oscar or Hatton. Both guys can win IMO. It's still a pick em fight for me.

At first I was leaning towards PacMan, and I still think he will win. But Cotto has fought guys that are fast and stronger than PacMan like Zab and Mosely. And the speed doesnt seem to bother him, This is going to be a war, some one is going to get KTFO for sure. Im going to go out on a limb here and say Cotto by TKO in 6. And its going to be a body shot thats going to hurt PacMan. hmmm some valid points there but not really a good observation. Mosley got handspeed but not so much lateral movements. he just stays in front of his opponent. pac is different...he got handspeed and quick on his feet just like when he fought oscar. Zab...yeah he got skills and handspeed too but he got no heart. he panics when he gets hurt by his opponent. again pac is different...he got a big fighting heart and will always fights back when hurt. i'm not saying he'll beat cotto but he'll surely give cotto a lot of problems in the ring.

Manny will land often early, he will be quick on his feet. So he will avoid some of Cottos punches. Cotto then will proceed to walk down manny with his strong jab and a tight guard. He will be jabbing Mannys head off and cornering him everytime posible, and countering Manny with Hooks to the body. After 5 rounds Cotto will be in the full force attack and Manny retreating and getting hit a lot, because he cant fight backwards. In rounds 5-7 Cotto will chop and hurt manny, but manny will still be fighting back, but getting really hurt everytime Cotto lands a combo. In the 8th Cotto will unleash a series of punches unanswer by manny and the ref will stop the fight, because Manny is done on the corner helpless. Roach would be looking in to throw the towel, but the ref will beat ROach to it. Final Predction, Cotto TKO8!!!!!!!!!!!! yep! why else is it that Roach wanted the weight to be 143? stating that Cotto is to big for Pac? and now wants Pacquiao to get 10% more on the cash deal?

I see PacMan having the upper hand in the beginning of the fight, with Cotto landing precise body shots throughout before he takes over after accumulation of body shots and then going for the KO. If Oscar, JMM, Morales and a host of other fighters can dent Manny, so can/will Cotto. Only Cotto will be the strongest fighter he's ever faced. :boxing:

I got my Boy Cotto by an early TKO or Stoppage. A little Similar to Cotto vs Judah, however Pacman will put up a better fight in a Classic!:boxing: Roach don't want this fight, he wanted Cotto to drain himself, so he's going to have to hope Pacquiao last the early rounds and try's to tag Cotto in the champ rounds where he seems to lose stamina.

I see cotto hitting pacman with shots that pacman has never felt before and around the 6-7th rd cotto will corner pacman and hurt him so bad that ref or roach will stop it. After that cotto will be criticized for hurting pacman so much.
