Haye should fight Povetkin so he can get knocked out and not even get a fight with either of the Klitchkos for a nice big paycheck.r u serious? did u see his last fight? lmao @ the fight in ur avy, that was ridiculous. povetkin gets knocked out in 5
wat would u rather get, 3 fights against top 10 guys u know u can beat or against the#1 guy that u know ur beat?
i think haye shows more courage by going straight for the champs than by working his way up the ladder and slowly progressing. hes obviously taking a risk. i think the barrett fight was a big risk. the guy was on a KO streak and more hungry than ever. the HW division is different than any other because u can be old and still knock a mofo out because they all punch hard. its always a risk at HW.

David Haye is one of the most overrated fighters of this century. Remember when there was talk of him being one of the best two Cruisers of all time for beating Enzo? LOL. He was put down and badly hurt against Mormeck too, his best win by far.
He knows he cant beat the Klitschko's. So he takes a slow approach to fighting so he can fight the field instead of only being able to fight for the championship.
David Haye is an asshole! He calls the heavyweights bums, yet he fights the weakest of the lot! Shot Barret and that one white guy heavyweight that no one knows his name. Was his name Bonin or some shit?
1. He doesn't have the courage to face a top 10 opponent
2. He is an awful bitch to negotiate a fight with, from what I understand.
3. He knows he doesn't have the chin to survive many heavyweight fights, so he just wants to cash out against a Klitschko.
Good post! Haye is not going to risk his winning the lotto with his mouth by facing any serious threat before getting his payday against KlitschkO.
Haye has called Ibragimov and Chagaev "bums" so he should have NO problems fighting either of these "bums" to stay busy...
I'm still waiting for Haye to fight a real fighter at heavyweight like Povetkin, Arreola, Chagaev, Chambers, Dimentrenko and not a shot fighter like Barrett or that white dude he fought who I never heard of until he fought him.
I don't think it is necessarily a "courage" thing, more a "money" thing. He stands to lose a massive amount of money if he gets beat by a Heavy before he fights Wladimir or Vitali, and he knows he has a suspect chin and that it is highly likley that one of the other top contenders could stop him. THat is pretty much where it is at.

define "courage" in 3 words
1. He doesn't have the courage to face a top 10 opponent
2. He is an awful bitch to negotiate a fight with, from what I understand.
3. He knows he doesn't have the chin to survive many heavyweight fights, so he just wants to cash out against a Klitschko.
I think number 3 is closest to the mark.
