I'm a big fan of Khans, and want the kid to do big things, but I would like to see him get put through the test and fight a Prescott rematch, Valero, Bradley, or even a Juan Marquez after his next fight, assuming he wins the titles. I would hate to see him get the Joe Calzaghe treatment from his crooked promoter and have him fight the current crop in years from now when they are faded. So when do you think Khan will be matched up with a gangsta?
The Khan fight is the only time Prescott has resembled a fighter who may one day be world class
...and he only boxed for about 20 seconds.
I don't mean to shit on the guy but he's not that good. Just a big punch
Ye i spose i see your point...in his last match where the dude bit him he didnt look anything amazing....but i still see potential
Hmmm i think thats abit harsh to say...im not saying prescott is great or anything but i mean, he seems a decent prospect...hes defo a huge puncher....Still...we need to see more fights before we can judge these fighters...

he just beat mab.
valero hasn't even fought a gatekeeper, but best to stay away from a big puncher.
bradley is a good fight for khan, because bradley is stifled by a good jab.
presscott should get a rematch.
jmm probably KOs khan.
Khan gets underrated alot on these forums.. He's definitely got the potential to be an A class fighter. Also, Kotelnik is a good champ and a solid test for Khan, i think Khan will pull through comfortably though.. UD not KO
I see an early to mid stoppage in this fight, with Kotelnik not having an answer to Khan's speed. :O
The thing is Prescott isn't even a B class fighter and look what he did to Khan

Kotelnik is probably B class, pretty underrated. I think Khan beats him comfortably because of the styles match up not because Kotelnik is shit. Remember he pushed a peak Witter and couldve got the nod.
Looks like the Ortiz fight is in the works. Again style wise, Amir should win but Ortiz, unlike Kotelnik, has a powerful dig and you cant trust his chin especially against a guy whos probably bigger than most 140lbers

Kotelnik... I'm not too familiar with his whole career, just bits like the Witter and Rees fights. Does he scrape B class status?
Kotlenik is actually a good match-up for Khan IMO, Khan can beat him, but it's by no means a sure thing and Kotelnik has earned his stripes fairly. The only problem is Khan walking into a world title shot like that, which even if he wins he's likely to just get in the way at light welter and not take on all comers
Hatton seems likely for the future, is he a B class fighter still?
Other than that I'd say Valero and/or Ortiz are likely to meet Khan at some point provided he suffers no more set-backs
It feels like, they act as if he never got knocked out by prescott. Where's that kids shot. I understand it's probably management and khan moved up, but he should have tried to avenge that loss.
Andreas Kotelnik will defeat the overrated Amir Khan on June 27, unless Warren does something shady to somehow prevent it.
Kotelnik is better than you think.
Nah, Khan is going to make Kotelnik look silly and it won't need anything shady by Warren. Too fast and now better schooled. Kotelnik doesn't have the power to put Khan in trouble when he does hit him.
kotelnik is the weakest title holder at 140 by far. plenty of contenders that would beat his ass too. that said he might very well beat khan, dont think hes improved much since getting get sparked out.
he is twice the fighter and i dont even really like him.

Valero, Bradley and Marquez are way out of his league right now, but i will say he will get to the B-A level in around 3 years.....Hes still so young and got so much to learn....I wouldnt care how long it took, once he does his best when he gets there, and improves that defense alot....ive got faith in him

Kotelnic is okay, but meh he is not world beater, and I think all the other junior welterweights would beat him up.
