I know i am.
He's been hyping this fight since 2008, and 2 weeks away from it he pulls out through an injury.
What a dick. Fukin wasted everyones time.
Anyone else feel the same way?
Nah if Haye has broke his hand then it's more then fair he pulled out. All these people saying he's ducking Wlad are deluded, Haye wants to be in the ring 100% when fighting Wlad so theres no complains here.
Not at all predictable are you? Nobody with a brain would have shit on Wlad if the boot was on the other foot as this fight has to happen and it will happen. Haye wants a 6 week postponement, not a lot in the general scheme of things, and now Wlad wants another fight its him thats looking a bit dodgy.
Still,It doesnt surprise me that you and tunney are calling for chagaev or valuev as stand ins. You would much rather watch the donkey brothers competing in the eastern european version of robot wars!
Yeh but if Wladmir still fights, people shouldnt be upset. You cant expect him to wait for Haye. If he can fight Valuev before he fights Haye then thats good.
He's prepared to fight on June 20th and should.
Only 6 weeks later he can fight Haye. Why put the fight in jeorpady.
yeah i am hopping it will just be moved back 6 weeks but i am pissed of though as i have time off work tickets and hotel and i aint traveling all that way to watch Wlad vs Valuev.
The same people making excuses for him, are the same people who
wouuld jump all over Wlad if he were to be "injured" just before the
fight. Look at the timing. He has an injury just a few weeks before
the fight? Yeah right.
Yeah,It will be interesting to see if Cotto can tek his pounches!
I really want Cotto to stop him. He needs a big win after the Margarito loss, and i hope he gets it.
I am gutted, but there is no angle from which pulling out seems like a good thing because he loses the payday,a shot against a beatable opponent for the richest prize in sport,he puts his lucrative 3 fight deal in the bin and also stands to look like a P4P chump.
That doesnt sound like something Haye would do.
Have faith!
yeh i supose your right.
Im just pissed that we wont be seeing this fight this month. Now all we can look forward to this month in Cotto-Clottey.
I'm not pissed off with Haye but with Wladmir.Wladmir is looking for an excuse to get away from this fight.Haye has only asked for 6 weeks post ponement and Wlad wants another opponent. Will he still face Haye in 6 weeks if he fights on June 20th.
He's trained for 2 months for this fight. Why you blaming Wladmir? Of course he wants another fight. His body's prepared for it.
Do you have a brain? STFU and get off this thread.
NAH, make me!
How about you be a man and answer my questions, then you will see how STUPID your opinion is
Cool, then surely you can see that there is no way on gods earth that he would have been taking any unneccesary risks this close to the biggest payday of his career.
Man i really dont know. The telegraph said its a back injury. Im just hoping it is and he isnt making any excuses.
Not really, Cotto and Clottey will keep me happy this week. If it weren't for that, than maybe I would be really pissed at Haye about now..
Yeh man thats true. At least we got Cotto-Clottey to look foward to this month.
Did he injure himself on purpose???
Did he punch a brick wall cos hes soooooo scared???
Did he promote this fight for over a year with full intention of pulling out 2 weeks before the fight and therefore not getting paid??
Do you have a brain?
Do you have a brain? STFU and get off this thread.
Not til I know the details,no. Shit happens, and the fight still will. Its a bummer, and as much as wanted to see this fight and hoped for a Haye victory,I wouldnt have shat on wladimir donkey if it was him that got injured.
But surely he should be winding down his training now. The guys an experienced fighter. I hate guys that pull out late on in fights due to injurys. They should be more careful.
Look ive boxed for 6 years before and i would never allow myself to get injured a week before championships. That shit is pretty fuked and only the fighters to blame.
