Mayweather is focused on JMM, why is everyone bringing up Pacquiao and Shane?

Shane has good fights and fights he stinks the joint out. That part is very true. Cotto needs to beat Clottey handily though, one Jennings does not a come back make. Honestly watching Mosley fight in those fights gets me so angry, seriously no one can make me scream "****, do something" more then Mosley.

Fair enough. If Cotto doesn't win in June, believe that the whole apple cart will be turned over. Shane has had a resurgence. Watching him fight Estrada years ago moving back down, you would never think he'd be where he is now. you serious? Mosley is quick, real quick and powerful too. He's a smart boxer, I don't see Mayweather beating him. Cotto v Mayweather is an interesting one, I think Floyd might win that. Pac beats Floyd imho. SSM isn't a smart boxer, never been. Just a speedy brawler who can't adapt. He is very fast and powerful, I give you that

Because SSM can't adapt, has the worst jab in boxing, got outboxed by a lesser Boxer then Mayweather (Cotto) and people are too blind to even see how past it he is. This would be a non competitive, one sided fight. Beating Shane would be a pretty good accomplishment but Cotto and Pacquiao would put up a much better fight. Mayweather-Mosley happens next unless Arum and Mayweather makes up...Because if they dont make up then Pacman and cotto might not get to fight Mayweather which leave Mosley as the only fight available at the top.

Because Mosley is 37 plus, He's too old for me i respect Mosley but the fight was suppose to happen 2 or 3 years ago after Mosley beat Vargas. Now if Mayweather beat Mosley i wouldnt give him any credit for it but thats my opinion, I would rather see him fight Cotto 7 days a week right now.

I still want to see it though and Mosley more then earned his shots, I juat have my doubts about the excitement level of that fight. Even though JMM is much less likely to win then Mosley I think this fight will have a lot more sustained action (a stinker in Floyds first fight back would be deadly for his comeback, atleast as he wants to be viewed). Not true, which is why people are talking about Pacquiao/Cotto etc. They're talking about guys who he may not beat because they've already decided he will beat Marquez. No people are talking about pacman and cotto because we're talking about Mayweather, As soon as he signs to fight someone then people throw other peoples name at him. So when he signs to fight Mosley he would get Pacman's name and cotto thrown at him, It would never end...

I'm sure Mayweather is annoyed as hell. Shane is acting like a little kid. He should have faced someone else and wait untill Mayweather vs JMM happend. Mayweather didn't respond to Brian Kenny the way he should have but Brian Kenny shouldn't be talking Pacquiao or SSM. What about Juan Manuel Marquez? You're right, Mayweather better not be overlooking Marquez. It's just the idea that he knows what would happen if he fought Shane.

Am with you on this one, I also would rather see a Pacman,Cotto or even Clottey(Depend on how he does agaisnt Cotto) before my mind would even entertain a Mosley fight. But am pretty sure the Mosley fight would happen first, But trust me the moment the Mosley fight gets signed and Annouced it would be Mayweather ducking Cotto because he was young and look devastating in destroying Clottey so Mayweather would rather fight Mosley. Style wise, JMM is the easier fight. Mayweather's style is too Anti-JMM and it'll be good enough to get the rust out. I believe it was a great idea for Floyd to come back against JMM. Beating JMM decisevly but demand Pacquiao vs Mayweather, I'm sure that is what Mayweather is thinking. All in all, good comes out of it I dont see how either fight is an easy fight. Marquez is a A- counter puncher and floyd is a A+ counter puncher. But i see floyd hitting and running as usual and JMM will play along for a couple of rounds, then jmm will get pissed and start swinging at floyd. And im not sure what will happen then i just hope its a good fight.

but mayweather thinks jmm beat pac twice.................. so shouldnt floyd fight pac first. and then jmm if floyd beat pac(which he wouldnt) he could of came back against pac, seeing how pac/marquez I, was a draw and pac/marquez II pac only won by SD. so pac and marquez are pretty much = Style wise, JMM is the easier fight. Because I'm not giving JMM a chance but I also think that The Media or ESPN should stop talking Mayweather vs Pacquiao, Cotto or Shane and stick to Mayweather vs JMM.
