Which is more like a circus? PAC/ODLH? Or JMM/PBF at 147?

Just read from an esb article that the JMM/PBF fight will be at 147, which doesn't bode well (again) for Marquez' chance to defeat Floyd. Marquez could come in a bit heavier, but the extra poundage might be a liability than an asset to his speed and timing, and Floyd won't have to starve himself to make weight. I'm still not counting out Marquez, although his chance just got slimmer, and this fight just got a bit lamer, but it's just me. We all knew that Oscar killed himself to make 147 while Floyd's 19 months of inactivity could rear its ugly head, ring rust might make Floyd's timing a bit off, so it balances out between Pacquiao and Marquez' opponents. Which looks more like a circus show? Forget that Pacquiao and De la Hoya had fought and go back to the days when they just announced the "Dream Match", to make your decision as unbiased as can be. Sometimes, a fight can be won or lost in the negotiating table, and I think JMM had already lost this one...

funny thread I say ODLH pacman was one of the biggest circuses of all time. This doesn't come close at least both guys will show up to fight ODLH was done the moment the weight was set. Odds should have been 20 to 1. Lol. Not only couldn't he make the weight, he wasn't even close lol. He gained like 1 pound before the fight because he was horribly ill from starving himself. All things considered one of the great performances lol!!! You were talking after the fact. I bet this wasn't even close to what you were thinking when the fight got made, I bet it was Oscar by 1st degree murder...

According to Ring, the returning Mayweather Junior is better than a three-and-a-half to one betting favourite. For although it remains to be seen if the 39-0(25) master will be affected by his months of inactivity when he steps into the ring at The MGM Grand in less than two month's time, the sheer size advantage "Money" will hold has swayed the bookmakers, and they think he will certainly emerge the victor.. Marquez, however, as gutsy as they come, is undaunted about any advantages Mayweather may hold over him, and he is positive he can shock the odds and win the fight that is being hyped up right now. Ring reports that Marquez has been training in the Toluca Mountains in his homeland, and that the 35-year-old has been adding muscle to his frame. "We're doing a lot of strength training," Juan Manuel said. "Building my body, building muscle. We're working out, believe it or not, lifting heavy rocks. Yes, this news of the bout being fought at full welterweight makes the mountain an even tougher one for Marquez to climb, but it wasn't too long ago we were all downplaying Manny Pacquiao's chances against Oscar De La Hoya and others due to his giving away so much natural weight. Such thinking, after what the former 107-pounder was able to do against Oscar and Ricky Hatton, has been totally forgotten. Maybe Juan Manuel Marquez is yet another fighter who is able to win against naturally bigger men and continue doing so?
