Mayweather PPV question...

I usually don't give a damn about the PPV numbers but this is really just out of curiosity. What were Floyd Jr's PPV number pre Oscar & Hatton?? Honestly, I'm not a big fan of Floyd as when I watch a bout, I like to see fighting. I didn't mind Floyd jr in the lighter weights cos he actually fought more but ever since he moved up he dances way to much to make any of his fights exciting. Much respect to his skill and ability but what is the point in having all that skill without putting it to the test? I mean, if you bought a sportscar would you just cruise or would you like to see how fast it can go? Floyd to me is like a fomula one team competing in Daytona but always claiming to be faster than all the other formula one teams. Anyway, this is getting away from the question, if anyone can fill me in that would be appreciated.

Mayweather's entertainment level has always been up and down, depending on the opponent and situation. He had some entertaining fights and performances at 130 but also some stinkers like Goyo Vargas, Carlos Rios, and the latter rounds of Carlos Hernandez when his hand was messed up. He was conservative and dull against Jose Luis Castillo in the rematch at 135 but very entertaining against Philip Ndou. The Chop Chop fight @ 140 was fun to watch and the beating of Arturo Gatti was fairly entertaining, he was aggressive for the majority of the Zab Judah fight @ 147 and applied the pressure, but stunk out the joint in his next bout @ 147 against Carlos Baldomir. It's always depended on the opponent and situation.

Mayweather The fight, which cost $49.95, generated $16.3 million in television revenue, but was the weakest performing of the three cards Mayweather has headlined on HBO PPV. Both of his previous HBO PPV fights, which cost $44.95, did more business.
