No doubt Hoppy is an exceptional boxer. But I just doubt he'd have the power to stop even a man with Haye's suspect chin. He could certainly outbox Haye, but I think Haye's speed and power would be too much for Hopkins, who is not used to that intensity. I do believe that Hopkins could beat some heavyweights, but only the slower ones. There comes a point when even skill itself is not enough, and physical attributes alone are just too much to overcome . All that being said, I can't see Haye beating Klitschko.
Yup. He'd be ahead on all the cards right up to the moment when Haye brutally KO's him. I'd guess halfway through round 3.
LOL........
BHOP's after that fight: I showed in those two and half rounds who he better fighter was. That was an old-skool beating.
I don't know, Hopkins doesn't get hit, and Haye gasses (well, at Cruiser.)
If Haye hits Hopkins though, he closes the show, no doubt. I'll hold my fire on Haye's stamina issues at Heavyweight, he was fighting with almost zero percent bodyfat at Cruiserweight, that's ridiculous, not good for a boxer.
if haye had to go and make CW now its be hopkins because haye would just be so flat.
but if the haye that fought enzo/mormeck was put into the ring with a CW hopkins, hopkins wouldn't see the 7th rounds.
Honestly, B-Hop would stand a better chance agisnt Wlad then he would Haye, Haye is too damn fast and dangrous for B-Hop, I really don't know how B-Hop would beat the guy
This isn't past prime Holyfield, Ruiz, Valuev or Fat James Toney. Gotta say Haye at HW, I'd pick B-Hop against Haye at C.W though
Carl Thompson... I have bhop by stoppage and making Haye look like a complete amateur.
Impossible to know really. Hard to imagine BHop at around 215lbs. It'd either be a boring UD win for BHop or it could be a scary ending for BHop at the hands of the far bigger and more powerful man.
