True, but remember it's a Top Rank promoted fight and Arum isn't known for promoting his fights very well(only when there's a Golden Boy fighter involved). Top Rank PPV's(even on HBO)do 400K tops because of Arum's lack of promoting his fighters properly. Bob Arum should concentrate on making more fights with Golden Boy because Arum sucks at promoting by himself, Imo. I think I agree with you. that's a first... ha! ha! ha!

Im shocked this fight isnt getting more talk/hype! this is a fight i am incredibly looking forward to between 2 warriors, im glad to see Clottey finally stepping on the big stage, and give Cotto tons of props for taking the fight cause we all know no one wants to fight Clottey, i hope as we get closer to fight time this fight gets the recognition it deserves. should be a good scrap although cotto can't lose, it is PR parade day

Easy fight for Cotto, He just needs to maintain his workrate since clottey would definitely disappear beteen the 5 and 9 round..People seem to have a high opinion of clottey based on his crispy like up and down lefthook, I expect Cotto to outwork Clottey to a UD. Clottey is a great defensive fighter, maybe hard to hit him clean.

I'm very excited for this fight. I think Miguel will pull it off. Basing it on his skills, I have no doubt he can output Clottey. The question is whether he's mentally ready considering all the drama outside the ring. But I think him splitting with his Uncle might have been a blessing in disguise. I think Miguel has to put on a great performance to get his name back in the mix with the tops in the sport. June 13th will be his chance. As far as Clottey, I think he's a really good fighter. I just don't think he's at the level of a Cotto, Mosley, or any other top fighter in Boxing, and that's not saying anything bad about Clottey, I believe people here are overrating him because of what Margarito did to Cotto. If you base it on both fighter's abilities in the ring, It's really hard to bet against Cotto.

From what i have seen Clottey is a bit defensive, he likes to cover up like a turtle and let you hit him, not sure if thats what you wanna do against Cotto.

Clottey did give Margarito trouble and he had a broken hand on top of it, though i think Margarito is a better style matchup for Clottey than Cotto is.

I have stuck with Cotto throught the whole announcement of this fight. I just think he has the goods to beat Clottey, its gonna be tough as heck though.

Im also taking Clottey, not sure why either just a hunch i have.

Clottey has been itching for this chance for years! Cotto has had a nice run but ithink it maybe over!! I think Cottos still got it for sure, but this adds intrigue to the fight cause we just dont know.
