Is Arum trying to cash out on Cotto???

This may sound stupid, but do you think Bob Arum may be trying to cah out on Cotto? It has been rumored for a while that Cotto wants to leave Top Rank and possably promote himself or mabey link up with Golden Boy. But for Arum to cah out on him he would have to have complete confadence that Pacquaio will beat Cotto if they fight. If this is true Bob Arum needs to be checked into a psyc ward. While it is very possable pacman can beat Cotto it is far from certain and it will by far be pacmans biggest challenge. Idk maybe im completly wrong in my thinking. let me know what you think...
