A Message to My Fellow Pinoys in the Forum

i dont know u guys... but i want to come clear with this.... i have been in love ... and i mean in love with boxing... for about 15 years..... and the last time i felt so joy... and excited when a fighter was about to fight.... was with tito trinidad prior to bernard hopkins. Thats the best felling a boxing fan will ever have.... after that lost... i start to enjoy boxing more.... since i learn how to distinguish.... between who i want to win... and who i think is going to win. 2 different things.... i really know how you my fella pinoys feel right now!! and im not gonna diss.. critize... or any shit!!!! i know we have seen... threads bashing you guys.. and talking shi t cos you guys are enjoying this moment.... all i want to say is ENJOY YOUR FU CKING DAMNNNNNNNNNNNN MOMENT!!! because what you are living is somethin special!! what his victory means to the phillipins... was the same that ment to puerto rico tito's victories during his prime era..... congratulations for having the best fuc kign fighter in the world right now.!!! with all the attributes of a great star..!! charisma, humble, a real warrior.. and a man down to earth when in fact he could be the most arrogant person in the world if he wanted 2!! No, pac is not like that. Pac carries him self above that aura of superiority and all that shit.. that money do to people. He smiles.... he smiles at everything.. at good moments at bad moments.. cos is not only about him...its not about only his smile its about his country... is about to see his country smiles 2.... thats a gift from GOD.. and i dont give a f u ck of what other might say ....... i know how you guys feel!! and I encourage you to keep feeling that way.. feel proud of your guy... cos damn it he deserve it!!! Tito was my biggest influence in boxing. Trinidad-Mayorga was my very first torrent download, although I've been a fan of his since 1995. I still enjoy rewatching Tito's fights with friends at home. They get awed everytime I play Tito-Joppy and Tito-Vargas. My Tito collection is probably the most abused next to Pac's :D

I have notice that almost all of the pinoys are crazy tito fans!! i have seen none here whos not a fan of tito... majority of pinoys love boxer who throws punches with intention, someone who would always KO their opponent.. the main reason tyson and tito were both loved by pinoys..

Vaya Mello! you actually pin pointed what makes Manny Tick and that is his love for his country and his people. Thats why he is so loved everywhere even by non filipinos and I think that your comparison to tito is so accurate. I remember how every thing stopped when there was a tito fight just like pac. I think tito would be happy to know that there are many fans of his in the philippines, I was really surprised by that when I went there and that made me feel good so I know that the same pinoys feel very proud when they know pac has manny fans. And might know this already my fellow pinoys, Pacquiao is very very popular in Puerto Rico. This one here, fan of Manny Pac-man Pacquiao since the Barrera 1! WAAAAARRRRRRRR PAAAACCC!!!! At least for me its not often I get to see 2 of my fav fighters on the ring. I hope Nov. 14 lives up to the expectations.!!! i grew up watching tito. i think hes the reason why im a boxing fan :boxing:
