I actually thought he was doing pretty well at the start, chasing manny around the ring and manhandling him.. just needed to be a little more careful and he wouldn't have walked into those shots. Came out Ok for the second but then it all went tits up. Would have been interesting if he survived that last 10 seconds.. could have seen the fight settling down a little. the way i view this is like joe frazier implied it, only reason foreman knocked him out is because foreman is a sledgehammer type puncher. hatton just met his sledgehammer, and isn't done. i think hatton has some great fights left inside him. and, if hatton is done.. that's alright. his style doesn't allow a fighter to last very long, nor does his unhealthy lifestyle.

Im with -X- 100% on this one, theres plenty of guys he can still beat. I was saying this before the Pacquiao fight, that there were a lot of guys in and around his division that could beat him. Think about it, after the Mayweather fight, Hatton hardly exposed himself to the most revealing of acid tests in and around his division. Lazcano, he'd been off for 15 months after losing to Vivian Harris. Hatton had a very difficult time later in the fight and came a punch or two from tasting the canvas. Malignaggi, who wound never be considered an offensive threat. He jumped in on Malignaggi, mauled him and stopped him and was ordained "new and improved." He had two hours worth of tests post-fight, he's completely clear of any head injury and not a scratch on him. Very glad to hear that, though I must admit the sight of it all was very scary at the time. He hit his head very hard on the floor. I don't think the Pac fight will have take much out of him, it was over very quickly. The Mayweather fight was more drawn out and draining but tbh I think he's fine. Roy Jones only took one punch before getting bounced off the floor by Tarver, but few deny it took a lot out of him.
