I have never seen a fighter improve as much as Manny Pacquiao. Unbelievable.
The funny thing that comes to my mind is that even after you make excuses (if you really have to) Pacman still obliterated Hatton. Spectacular.
yeah, very stupid of hatton to run in and try to slug with a man who was not only much faster, but more powerful and accurate
does anyone know the fight night weights for manny and ricky??
manny has made size damn near irrelevant
Hatton was being very patient and didn't use much head movement, he stayed on the outside way too long.
Anyways, Pacquiao was 148, Hatton 152.
He is, but the real difference was speed tonight. Hatton was so crude and his punches so wide that Pac kept beating him to the punch. The power Pac gets on his shots is as amazing as his speed.
Bring on Mayweather. He'll make Pac miss and that fight just might give us the fight of the decade.
Indeed and I thought Hatton fought a bad fight, played right into Pacquiao's hands.
This fight got me really excited about a possible Mayweather fight down the line, can't wait for that one.
This guy is an all time great. I have no doubt about that and the scary part is, he says he's still improving.

No question.
Mad Props to Manny Pac and Freddie Roach who was right.
Manny is a rare breed of a fighter. He keeps getting better with age. He moves up, adds weight, gets stronger, keeps his speed if not gets faster, and is more powerful than ever. His technical skill is incredible now.
I don't know why they HBO crew are acting like Floyd is huge compared to Pac...Pac looks big at 148. And for Floyd, if he doesn't fight like his 130-140 pound self, he'll have lots of trouble. He better get hungry and prepare.
