Manfredy was NO joke - I loved the way he dismantled Gatti--he was easily the #1 contender for ANY titlist in the division and Floyd fought him in his first defense. Like a couple months after Hernandez. And stopped him in two. I can't be mad at Floyd. He utilized his talents to get the money they were worth. But now that he's got it, don't ever expect to see him fight guys like Hernandez, Manfredy, Chavez, Augustus, and Castillo (twice) in succession ever again. Very true. Although I dont favor the way floyd fights now compare to when he was a super featherweight. I still cant discredit what made me a fan of his. I was watching one fight in which he was show boating the whole fight and then knock the guy out... and this was when he was just a kid. and the guy was like 13 years older than him..
