fernando vargas problems any one know

Vargas was a beast but to bad he had more balls than brains...he went up againts Tito in his prime while Fernando was barely comming up....what a foolish mistake by his camp.... Let not forget the low blows by Tito that attributed to getting a beat down...any one who tells you you can recover in 5 minutes after getting hit in the balls like that probably doesn't have any balls and don't know how it feels to get hit like that... All in all though..it was his fault for stepping up to early.....

The Tito- Vargas fight was great. A Classic... that ****ed up his career but he showed that he was a warrior. He was a great fighter, I'll always remember him that way... but it's good he is retired. There is not much he could've done after the ass whoppings he got, the steroids and his lack of traininig.

yea seems he burned out taking junk last time i saw him he looked 200 pounds but he was not a good fighter by that far from what iv seen drinking to much patron i suppose lol

the syndrome of Tito

He just peaked early more than anything. I dont see how he could have gotten much better anyway. He had already faced Marquez, Winky, and Quartey before the Trinidad bout. I also think he overstayed his welcome at 154, and should have moved up to 160.

Vargas never knew how to actually manage his career, he was too young, here are a few examples of the things that went wrong: 1. Trinidad ruined him, badly. 2. He began using steroids. 3. He let himself go while not training. 4. In the end, he was only doing it for the money.

try googling his name, there are plenty of stories and information about his career, he is also on youtube quite a bit
