Spinks = Malignaggi Now?

What happened to these 2. They were 2 of my favorites. I liked them alot because they were pure boxers and I know that the mass media & fans are biased against pure boxers nowdays so I always stick up for them. I love to see guys that have mastered the sweet science. Almost overnight though, both these guys seem like they have totally fallen off. They box nothing like they did earlier in there careers. Neither guy moves half as well. Spinks had some of the best feet in the business and now he looks like he's stuck in cement. Paulie use to be a master boxer and now he looks like a one demensional jab artist club fighter. He looked like pure garbage against Hatton. Hatton fought well but you could also tell that a D level fighter wouldve beat Paulie on that night. Its sad to see when boxers lose it because in this sport, you rarely ever get it back. The one problem I had with both of them was the same thing. I use to compare both of them to Sweet Pea. There style reminded me of him but unlike Pea, Floyd, Toney, and other great pure boxers, these 2 seemed to get hit pretty easily. I always felt they got hit was too often and way too cleanly for how good of pure boxers they were and thats why I think there not the same now. The bottom line is that if youre going to be a pure boxer with no power then you better have top notch defense and these 2 never did
