I can't see Arum and Floyd Jr. coming to an agreement...

It sounds so perfect... Manny looks like he has the edge in his fight... Floyd has the edge on Marquez... So if Manny and Floyd both win... I just can't see them being able to agree on a contract. Floyds demands are ridiculous, and Arum seems UNWILLING to give even HALF of what Floyd wants... on top of the fact Floyd can't stand Arum EITHER... The fight would be so perfect for boxing... But it's too hard for me to see these two agreeing on a deal.... too much money for it not to happen. only way it doesn't happen is if hatton is allowed to clinch against pac, then pac loses

I think this also will be a problem, but i know silently manny want mayweather, And there is just to many dollars to make with this fight. But for now i just want mayweather in there with marquez. So hype will build up, and a fight will be inevitable.

In my opinion fights of such a nature should be 60:40 winner gets the bigger share. I don't really think the fights loser should get paid more money but I guess some are a bigger name and such.

I think marquez will get made... it would be the biggest fight of Marquez life, and he isnt the #1 fighter right now... so Floyd has the advantage and I think Marquez will give in. Where Floyd thinks he deserves 10-20 mill gaurantee ... Floyd thinks he should be favored on the money split.. Arum and pacman think THEY should be favored... on top of the fact they cant stand each other in the first place... Remember manny willing to walk away from the Hatton fight over basically nothing? and hatton brings WAY more fans than Floyd.. and Arum and pac knew that... Well, that might happean on the first go around, but eventually they will both come to realize they need each other, if not the fight will never happean. I also think Hatton does not bring more fans overall in the US, he puts asses in seats for sure (can't deny that his fanbase will come out to see him fight). I think that Floyd brings the much larger PPV viewing audience though (which is a much larger piece of the revenue pie).

Pretty much there is only one factor working in favor of the fight happeaning, both Arum and Floyd love large numbers with dollar signs to the left. You are right though, in a perfect world this would be the next fight should both men win, but in reality it will be a very hard fight to make come off (do not forget that Floyd is managed by Al Haymon, Arum and Haymon also hate each other). Although I think the fight that makes the most sence after a JMM fight is a Pacman fight, I think he will end up fighting Mosley before Pacman (or someone else not associated with Arum). I think it may take a year+ before Pacman Floyd will come off (eventually they both run out of options and need to look at each other, there are only so many really top guys one can fight well and get paid well for doing it)..
