I can't even remember the last time a thread about a Heavyweight clash had this much excitement to it. I love Haye's shit talk. He's got major balls to say that stuff to Wlad's face, and just by listening to him you can see he's quite calm, and confident in what he says he's going to do. Whether or not he can do it remains to be seen, but I like what I'm seeing from him. He certainly knows how to promote a fight. Wlad : I'm going to knock you out in the 12th. Haye : You wish you could fight 12 rounds, son. :lol1:

Finally a spark in the HW division. This fight will be interesting, I can't see Haye getting past 5 though. One right hand, lights out.

I think that Haye is trying so hard to piss Wlad off because he wants Wlad to come out swing for the early KO. He is always mega defensive and relies on the jab- never leaving himself open for too much. If Wlad gets pissed and just wants to take Haye out, he will be swinging wide with hooks and what not, leaving opportunities for Haye to land some flush counter shots. It may not be a bad thing for Haye strategy-wise, we all know that Wlad has the power so thatis a factor regardless of whether he talked smack to him or not. It is getting Wlad to change his approach to the fight that may be the critical result of all the smack talk from Haye, just like Tarver getting into Jones' head as stated earlier. It shows Wlad that Haye is not scared of him and he is much more vocal and "unruly" than most of his other opponents have been. I can see that Wlad is not accustomed to handling a person with that demeanor, similar to the way Ali would get under fighter's skin before his fights- the mental factor is probably much more important than the physical factor because you can be in the best shape of your life and still get crushed just because you weren't as confident as you should have been when it counted. It has to do something for you as a boxer when all of your opponents just sit by and let you be the center attraction and orchestrate every aspect of a fight and its preceedings; during press conferences, his opposition gives little if anything to be intimidated by and hardly makes a peep. Haye is clearly defying Wlad's wishes for his conduct in public and wants to throw him into a rage so that he is careless and vulnerable....smart plan!

this guy is worse and more annoying than Tarver hounding Jones a few years back "What's your excuse tonight ROY????" But what happened when Roy gave him the fight? You might not want to make that comparison if you are a Wlad fan!

i really hope Haye knocks Klitschko out, he is right they are spoiling the heavyweight division with there boring Drago like style if Haye can do it he will bring the excitement back to the heavys everyone who is a fan of boxing should be rooting for Haye and i hope them t shirts go on sale soon ha ha

haha haye is one cheeky cunt i really cant wait for this, I think im more excited for this than for hatton-pac for some reason:boxing: I think I am too, this fight is gonna be brutal, no matter how shit the HW division has been for the past few years, when a fight like this comes around, everyone is talking about it and with the talk about this fight having been going on about a year now, I don't think there will be a more anticipated ight this year. I also think Wlad is gonna get a big shock when he comes out into that stadium and gets heavily booed by the brits, its gonna feel like they are fighting in London and I really believe that Haye will get the job done in this fight. He'll take one or two more rounds than he did against Barrett but I have Haye has Wlad on the floor and unable to get back to his feet in either round 7 or 8.
