Better news for Hatton fans here, its all about the method Hatton uses to escape the left hand. Roach will banking on hatton getting hit and forgetting the gameplan, remember this. Alot of fighter go back to bad habits when they get hit, so even if hatton has a good fightplan, roach is banking on that going outta the window once pac lands clean on hatton. Regardless I think the first couple of rounds are going to be very interesting, I think roach's plan for pac will be to hit and hatton as he comes in, then move out and to the side. If roach is smart he wont let pac get onto those ropes, other wise this is different story. Team hatton gotta remember that hatton is gonna hurt pacquiao with body shots, but he needs to get set to make that happen, he's gotta corner pac, because In the centre of the ring with pac's speed, im not sure if he can get set long enough to land a good accurate shot on pac's ribs.

jokes aside i think it's obvious floyd mixed his words up in the interview. We all know the man is kind of loopy, but if he can do one thing well it's train fighters. here is a video where floyd describes how he approach the fight among other things, he also acknowledges that Manny is a southpaw several times saying "he sticks his right jab out there." Since he is describing how it is possible to pick the jab and hook over the top, you know he recognizes Pac is a southpaw because if he was orthodox, the hook would cut inside not come over the top.

Mayweather just gave the fight away in Episode 1 by clearing stating, "Ricky is shear aggression and brute strength, no defense, whats strength if you cant find nothing to hit". Episode 2 Moore and Roach watch Hattons fight with Paulie and also realize that Hatton resorted to his old tatics, throwing everything he learned from Mayweather out the window. For sure Hatton does the same on May 2. Whats with Sr. lack of punctuality, heading to training late and feeding his hunger while Hatton waits. What a twat... Im starting to think that Sr. is using Hatton as bait to study Pacquiao to set up a fight with his son Jr.
