The trainer let's his fighter get away wit comin in outta shape. If Pepe Correa was Arreola's trainer you think he'd come in like that? Ramirez is pretty new at bein a trainer so a little slack there. This guy has talent, he's able to come into these big fights overweight and still KO guys. The Walker fight was a nightmare for Arreola for a round an a half takin him to school. Interestin to see how Arreola gonna adjust to the height difference wit McCline ya kno? Arreola might be 26-0 wit Ramirez but the easy trainin gonna catch up wit him.
Dude saw his wife and kid crying at the last fight and still failed to take his work seriously...... THIS IS BOXING! AND YOURE IN THE HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION! WAKE UP MAN!!!
Arreola has himself to blame. He's in an era where the American heavyweights suck. There's hardly any young up and coming American heavies, so he's basically best by default. He probably makes good money already. And you still come in out of shape? I just dont get it. He could probably get a personal chef and trainer with the snap of his finger too. It's just downright laziness.
**** that! My football coach said these words about this 300 pound lineman we had when he was struggling doing sprints "Nobody Forced that Shovel down his throat"
I totally agree. Ramirez almost seems afraid to tell Chris the truth or make him work. Arreola needs a guy like Teddy Atlas to whip his ass into shape.
They're friends not a good idea for a trainer. Chris needs a REAL trainer with experience who can teach him and motivate him. Ramirez ain't cutting it!
