well im pretty new to the whole poll thing so i'll be tryin to get it to work :p but in your opinion who do you believe will be able to handle the other mans onslaught better? Haye or Wlad?
Wlad has been decked so many times which is more spectacular considering he very rarely gets hit. He has no confidence in his whiskers what so ever. of course Haye is a KO waiting to happen at HW so it's difficult to say.
I don't actually think Wlads chin is terrible his biggest problem is he tends to panic when he is hit, Haye doesn't panic when he is hurt but his chin is poor. I think it will depend on who can be more effective with there punches.
If Haye can land a big punch on Wlad's chin we know wlad will be hurt. Being tired or not Wlad was still hurt afew times and hurt badly. Of course if Wlad hits Haye with a big punch it will deff hurt it. Its going to be a good fight I hope it really brings the heavy's back to life.
wlad will last longer haye can be winning the fight look like he's about to get wlad out of there and get tapped slightly and go down and be dazed and confused I've seen more of his fights and not just enzo his has a china chin him amir khan should be brother's the way they respond to punches is so similar
How does one know if the challenger presents that challenge or not? If he beats Wlad?
Peter gave Wlad all he could handle that night and Wlad still won. That was the test and he passed. Give up the respect.
Haye is the #1 contender and he is in shape. Maybe you will render some credit when Wlad beats him thoroughly.
when wlad kicks the **** out of haye i will bow down and give him the respect, but right now i just cant. Like i respect him as much as any man respects a fighter but i cant respect him as a champion until he proves he can handle someone who is in atleast decent shape and throws more than 6 punches a round before getting winded.
Recently i watched Sam Peters vs Eddie chambers, i was asleep by round seven and found out that chambers had won the next day on highlights.
Peters has never been a really great fighter in my opinion, sure he was champ but he beat a guy (who's name i cant remember for the life of me) who was just a poor fighter in my opinion. Maybe if he slimmed up and improved on his cardio he would be a great fighter, he has the power. But he just does'nt have the energy to make watching a heavyweight fight exciting.
you know klitschko2009 i love you, becuase! no matter the time! the place! the hour! if there is a thread where a klitschko is not recieving the up-most respect! if there is a thread complimenting david haye! you shall be there! sted-fast and standing strong in your never ending efforts to prove klitschko's unquistioning dominance of the heavyweight devision!
Which i must say i agree with you, the klitschko's do dominate the devision, mainly becuase most of the heavyweight devision is fat and lazy, throw's maybe 10 punches a round and then take the next 5 or 6 rounds breathing heavily. The klitschko's have yet to prove themselves in my eye's againts a good challenger, im hopeing haye will be that challenger
Wlad, mostly because I dont expect Haye to land as much on Wlad as Wlad will land on Haye. But also consider Wlad has fought quite a few big punchers before but Haye has never fought anyone worth a shit at heavyweight or anyone that hits close to Wlads power.
Haye has a slight chance if he can hurt wlad, cause wlad doesnt like pressure and can panic though these days Steward has Wlad holding better. Vitali would be a much harder fight for Haye, he would have basically zero chance against Vitali.
