De La Hoya had a great, stiff, accurate jab.
I agree, after the Tito fight he hardly used the jab. It was one his best weapons. I remember watching him fight Miguel Gonzalez and he was taking his head off with the Jab.
I know that, but I rank him as the best of them.
Oh... the way your post was structured, I wasn't sure if you did know that, so I thought I'd just float that out there.
Holmes, Hearns, Wright...most converted fighters (DLH, Liston, Hagler)
By the way... Wright was converted. Just in case you didn't know that, I thought I'd throw that in.
De La Hoya had a great, stiff, accurate jab.
he made a prime trinidad eat a steady diet of leather in their only fight... but sadly, for reasons until now i still find confusing, he decided to use his bicycle quite prematurely...
that jab looked beautiful...
he's one of the first that came to mind. PUNISHED people with that jab.
That Korean that he stopped with the jab was just a sick finish. That dude did not know what to do, and I have never seen anyone get their ass beat with arm punch after arm punch like that.
