Hatton is going for the P4P Title! :s Video

I think all this p4p stuff is just a technique to get the casual British fans interested in the fight. It's strange that all this p4p title stuff wasn't being mentioned every five minutes when Hatton fought Mayweather. There is no way a victory over Manny at 140 gives Hatton a greater claim to being no.1 in the sport than a victory over Floyd at 147. I even saw an interview with Freddie Roach where he said it was a fight between the two best fighters in the world. Everyone involved in promoting this fight is trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the casual fans. In order to generate as much money as possible for this fight and to heighten interest in the winner of this fight v Floyd.

Hatton won't be #1 Marquez would be IMO. Hatton would be somewhere in the top 5.

It is based on who the boxing experts think would win if all fighters were the same size, can you think of one fight where both fighters were in the P4P list and the loser stayed ahead of the winner?
