I'm not a fan of Floyd, and I still want to know what he's gonna do next.

No doubt. I want to hear from his mouth what he plans to do. I always try to avoid getting into the Floyd coming back hype, I'm waiting to hear from him that he's coming back. Although, I've always been sure he would come back, his career just didn't seem over, if you know what I mean. Yeah, it seemed to you that he could of gone out on a higher note, and when it just seemed like he was peaking (in fairness when he announced retirement... he was on the top of his game). Floyd's retirement was medical.That came out during one of those 24/7 shows. He was strongly advised to retire or take quite some time away from boxing. That's true I remember seeing this... that could have easily been one of the reasons for him retiring in the first place, either carry on for just a few more years or take a year and a half out to let your body heal over. Though I do think that his retiring was partly due to him being quite bored of the sport and his heart not being in it, wanting to have a break for some time. Either way, I am not gonna jump to conclusions... nor get caught up in the hype, I am just gonna wait and see what happens... wait until I hear it come from himself, so then we know if he is or isn't coming back, whichever it is... I am not gonna jump to conclusions because there has been bullshit speculation about fighters in the past that aint true.

I definitley get what your saying by leaving it too long and Haye vs Wladomir was a good example, but obviously Mayweather is a much bigger name than them so he would be able to leave it longer to let it build more (if you get what I mean?). It's obvious why he isn't saying anything. His family say something, Ellerbe says something else. It creates apprehension about whether he's coming back or not. He's letting that build, so if he does come back it will create more hype, as people have been waiting and getting pumped for it. Although, he is at risk of leaving it too long so people lose interest (See Haye-Wlad for details!) That's a good point, it is just I would like to know out of the way. Mayweather runs this damn forum. Almost every thread about him has at least 100 replies, and every time there's a report about him this place turns into a ****ing madhouse. I'm sick of this run around bullshit. I want Floyd to come out and give us all an answer. It's unbelievable how much attention he can draw. Yea, Mayweather has always attracted attention through his "retirement". Even people who hate him and tell everyone to STFU about him reply to the topics about him, and bring him up often (He ducked _______) etc.
