Should Don King have done more for Barrera?

King obviously isn't what he once was.Well HBO has a lot to do with that.

So he goes to Don King?? Come on, man. That would make sense if Barrera was a fighter on GBP...he was a boss just like the rest of them (Shane, Bernard, etc). King has always been a scumbag,but in reality there is very little he could have done.I have just heard its taken 30 stitches,so thats at least 6 months to heal.I hope they can make the rematch then. Marco will be 6 months older and realistically at age 35 this is his last year in the sport. If Marco really wants it and has a good camp i still think he beats Khan

maybe because he feels that even with out the cut the result would have been the same..amir beating on barrera. Beating on a man with a 3inch by 1/2 inch gash down to his skull and blind in one eye. Sweet.

BP, where are the post-fight interview vids? Sky TV had one with Barrera on the ring apron, i dont know wether King got in on it, i couldnt see properly through the tears

After the fight, Don King is seen smiling from ear to ear as if nothing happened to his fighter (Barrera).

What happened to he good old days when King would lean on people and make things happen? Instead he lumbers into the ring with a stupid grin waving flags, he should have been going bannanas pressing for the decision to be overturned or fighting for a rematch, he has one of the finest fighters in the sport and the biggest name in his stable. That being said he may have stood up for him at the post fight interveiws which i still havnt found the heart to watch!
