I do wonder whether moving up in weight would really help Khans chin. It's never going to be granite but he's a massive lightweight.
thats a good point but i think it only applies to fighters who struggles to make the weight, like cotto for instance was always a little bit wobbly at 140, however since hes moved up to 147 hes looked alot stronger and capable of taking a shot. hes also filling out vry nicely and looks stronger everytime we see him.
khan however has never complained of the making weight, hes just very skinny, and has very spindly legs, the minute he gets tagged his legs go, i suppose if he could put some extra muscle on them it would help but not by much bearing in mind that if he does put on weight and he goes up to 140 his chin would still p4p be one of the worst in the sport.
for the record paulie could Ko him - i think that tells you more about khans chin than paulies hand problems.
anyone know if paulie is actually considering retiring? or if is his hands are sorted?
Errr...hmmm.....he could knock him down, but Paulie dont throw much force behind his punches anyway, due to the hand.
Either way Khan aint knocking down Paulie lol.
if he landed the punch that staggered Hatton then possibly.. but his hands have gotten progressively more fragile and he's also looked less agile as of late. He could not knock him out.
when the eff did he stagger hatton? i hope you're not talking about that right hand that made hatton take a few steps back??
cause that was far from a stagger, hatton turned around nodded to paulie in a "you only got me cause i got sloppy" kinda way.
a shot that staggered hatton...LMAO
The hate Khan is getting is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
I don't think that's what this thread is about..
I mean realistically Khan does have a "suspect" chin..and 135 is his weight class..now if his chin is indeed soft as pillows..and Malignaggi at 140 tags his shit flush..Khan may hit the deck..it's possible..no hate from my end atleast..
