Who should be next for Rocky Martinez?

Honestly, I thought Cookie fought Arthur well. And this guy well for a spell. No one was annoiting Cook king of anything. Especially the bookmakers who have lots of money riding on the outcomes. He should take an easy one for his first defense, especially at home. I think the top of 130 is pretty tough and he'd have a hard time with most of the top guys. Linares, Soto, Antillon are all very good fighters. I think he'd even struggle with Cookie in a rematch if it happened
