Well it looked that way to me. Anyone else notice this? I'm not taking anything away from the guy. There's no doubt he has some incredible talent, but he still looked a little shocked by it to me. After the punch he immediately fell in to clinch with his arms down. Not a good trait, and one Berto also shares. He'll get hurt by a guy who can follow up if he keeps doing it.
Anyway that sucked seeing Barrera get worked tonight. He does not need to be fighting at 135. He's too small and his speed doesn't carry up in weight.
looks more like balance than hurt. thats because he was fighting a 35 year old from 3 division below him.
Imagine the reaction if Berto fought Nate Cambell and didn't hurt him.
I knew it was going to come down to this, if Barrera won everyone would say Khan is shit and doesn't deserve to be in the ring, if Khan won, they'll say Barrera was too old for him. Either way, it's a loss/loss situation for Khan.
But seriously, Barrera had recently fought two of the best boxers in the world, he may not have won but he definately put up a battle. Sure, he may not have been the Barrera he's always been, but he still has something in him. Let's look at Khan, the only top opponent he's faced is Prescott, which he got knocked out, Barrera was definately a step up for him as it came out of nowhere. And Khan was clearly the underdog for this bout.
He took them well. His chin is shit.
Anything that lands that doesn't end with Khan staring up at the lights means he took them well.
That Gomez shot was the eye-opener. I could have taken that after a night on the piss.
Khan is so talented but he is fighting an uphill battle at world-class over 12 rounds.
looks more like balance than hurt. lol funny how people are still doubting Khan's ablity now that he's wonthats because he was fighting a 35 year old from 3 division below him.

Sure, he may have got caught with the left hook but I think he reacted pretty well to it as he quickly reverted to a defensive, its not like it caught him and he dropped down to the floor, or his legs starting stuttering like what happened against Prescott.
Khan was definately a better fighter in this match than he's ever been in his life, and on this night was better than Barrera.
I've watched the fight twice, Khan was not hurt at any point.
He took that the punches that landed well.
Just wached it again there too and im wit u he took them fine.
His chin is china tho and still a worry
at least he didn`t go down like jmm!!
im not saying kahn is better than jaun!,but he was beating the shit out of MAB!!! RESPECT IS DUE!!!
Beating the shit out of someone is what Margarito did to Cotto, Mosley to Margarito, Pacquiao to David Diaz. Thats beating the shit out of someone.
Khan was lucky that his head is sharp. Otherwise it wouldnt have ended by a dumbass cut.
Sorry but Khan did not earn my respect yet.

I thought he took it well but his reaction was bad as he lunged right back at Barrera with a right hand, i like a fighter to retaliate when tagged but Khan shouldnt get caught up in the heat of battle with a chin like his
He was rocked, but that should be no surprise, he does have one of the weakest chins in boxing. I wonder how long it will be before someone KOs him again. The 135 division is full of people who can beat him up badly, I wouldn't be surprised to see guys like Guzman or Valero taking an easy fight against him just to cash on the hype in the future. Easy KO, big money.
Bro I understand Valero who is heavy handed but Guzman??
Khans problem is his chin NOT HIS SPEED and Guzman left his punching power at 122...

LMAO, look at the bottom one. he did not even hit khan, and khan almost went down. lol
khan is gunna get really embarresed if he goes for a title shot.
p.s. what is with warren's love for the wbo? has any of his fighters ever went for another belt apart from the wbo?
YO, I know, it was a tough night for you, having to watch your boy go out like that.
Khan is a work in progress, and with that kind of talent the sky's the limit for the kid. I just hope that Khan doesn't forget on how he had to pick himself backup from the Prescott debacle. Basically, for him to remain on a forward march to greatness, he can't forget the lessons he has learned in his still short journey as a prizefighter!
Tonight's victory is definitely a confidence booster for the Roach trained Brit, but like in the past, I hope Khan doesn't let it all go to his head, again! Or else he'll be back to the drawin' board.
Meh, it wasn't that bad. I had Khan picked to win handily anyway. I want Khan to do well and improve, just don't think his chin will let him.
