Cotto deserves major props because.....

Becaus ethey are not top notch competition. thats why All the opponents that they have in Common Cotto has KO the in 5 rounds or less, whle everyone has gone the distance with Mayweather. Do you mean to tell me that Cotto wont have more succes than castilo or Hatton, or judah, that gave mayweather hell. Cotto is fast enought to keep up with mayweather, plus Cottos timing is best in the sport right now. And you know Tmming kills speed, plus the fact that Floyd dont like to get pressure nor hit to the body. Cottos sledehammer jab, is something that bothers mayweather, in all cases Cottos style is all wrong for mayweather. judah did decent against mayweather for 3 rounds, mostly because he's slightly faster and may had to adjust to the southpaw stance.. hatton did alot of mauling but aside from maybe 2 jabs he did not land any effective punshes.. castillo did pretty good in their first fight, partially due to the rotator cuff, and due to his intense pressure, ability to take a punch and constant focus on getting to the body.. in regards to timing, dont you think mayweather has good timing? and on the contrary mayweather does very well against pressure fighters.. floyd also has a longer reach over miguel and i believe he will be delivering the straight right hand over the top of miguel's jab.. floyd also like to go to the body, mainly delivering jabs to the body. yea u make some good points about the analysis of the fight.. i still think mayweather would win and would favor but anything is possible cotto could win

PWill ain't coming back to WW. His size is going to be more attractive for the higher weight classes. Though I think Cotto can and would beat him, he just doesn't have that "IT" factor yet (meaning Williams). It's not that anyone's afraid of him, he just doesn't posses a big name against a Mosley or Cotto at this point. If the fight ever does happen, so be it...I'd like to see it. But I think Williams is going to coast in the 154-160 where he himself might be able to spark up those divisions.
