Beginner - Please give helpful advice, not insults

I was told I do everything 100% wrong. If you notice in the vidoeos I switch from regular to southpaw a lot, I want to be versatile. I was told that's a bad idea. Eventually I want to learn MMA but I would like to learn some basic boxing and kicking first. I've had one bjj lesson for free. In these videos, I'm alrady pre-exhausted and sore from days before. I train almost everday this week. I had this heavy bag for 3 years. I was mainly focusing on my strength in the punches which I was told in technique > power. There are 4 videos, please watch them, give me any helpful advice you can. Constructive criticism, please dont bash me, I have anxiety/depression and low self esteem. Do I have any potential at being a fighter of any kind? by the way I learned that Everlast is a crappy brand. It's a 70 lbs bag held dodwn by a techrod (bowflex) held on by 7 chains and held down by a cement block. I wish I could hang it up
