What's the deal with Ortiz's loss and draw?

The draw was against Marvin Cordova....It was a headbutt...and they stopped it cause the cut was to big to continue. Damn, nice guess by me.

on wiki it says "He also has a technical draw as one fight was stopped due to injuries" but thats all ...

The DQ came when the referee said that he hit on the break. Apparently, he was doing well. Either way, it was a bullshit call. It was the first round, so I doubt he gave much of any warning. I also doubt he knocked him cold, but it happens I guess. Not too sure about the D, also in bthe first round. Probably stopped on cuts, from a butt or something.
