chad probably beats Him but it would not be no shutout, taylor would win some rounds for sure, jermains a good fighter except hes only a 1-2 guy, doesnt throw much else, jermain taylor got the charlie zelenoff jab so He might be able to withstand some of dawsons stuff. Dawson wins most likely but it would be close

Dawson is bigger and stronger than Taylor, and he knows how to throw effectivly. He could stop Taylor.

It would be a good fight, but I am also leaning towards Dawson by decision. I think Taylor has a chance to win if he doesn't get gassed out, which would probably happen.
