It'll definitely damage his career. Depending on how much would be determined in the fashion that he gets beat. One thing is for sure. He can kiss a third fight with Pacquiao goodbye if he were to lose. It could actually help Diaz more than hurt Marquez.

Everybody knows that Diaz is a good boxer so I think that a loss would not be that bad Marquez is an attraction and a brand name he would still be in top of the list.

My gut feeling is that Marquez will get old in this fight..Hes getting touched up more often then he should IMO.As for the predictions for JMM knocking out Diaz is kind of absurd. Diaz hasnt given anyone a reason to think his chin is suspect. I've been saying that I think Marquez is going to look old. This could end up being like Hatton-Tszyu where the superior boxer just can't hang with the younger brawler. I'm actually a much bigger fan of JMM so I hope I'm wrong!

yep even if it is a split i dont see him geting a shot with Pac if you wacth some of the interviews he knows this fight could set him back he still wants pac . i see this fight as the old man passes the torch to the young buck/. i want JMM to win but i have a gut feeling baby bull takes it. if JMM beats baby bull he goes to number 5 in my top 10 list of best mexican fighters that have come out of mexico

if its a close fight then jmm would still be ok, but if he loses being completly dominated...then he will really leave him on a bad position. but i think he will win tomorrow...but its not going to be easy.
