Even if he's not my favorite fighter and even if I think that he ducked Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones when they were in their prime, I got to give credit to the man,he got fast hands and I don't understand all the haters...

Look hes good and had a good run. Sure he is a HOFer, but the problem is him and his fans think he is the best thing to happen to boxing since Mike Tyson came out of prison. This is where the respect is lost and people start arguing the extremes. If someon came on here and said look he was a good fighter and he beat some good fighters, the best of them being a little past their primes, no one would be pissed. But everyone is always talking undefeated this, ATG that, which pisses me off.

Kieran Mulvanrey has a podcast on ESPN.com that really sums up Joe Calzaghe's career very succintly and objectively. Essentially, the guy is definitely a HOFer might be in the top 100, but, in the end we really don't know how good Cal-Z could have been.
