You know I am a fan of boxing, and neither are my favorite fighter, and it isn't exactly a GREAT PPV worthy card...
$44.95
+ $10 for HD
+ $1.50 order assistance fee.
Ridiculous. Should not be that expensive for this.
Fugg the HD...As long as I can see it on the T.V. I'm fine...I'm suprised a few of my friends actually are interested to see the card and they casual fans at best. Three guys throw in 5 each plus they bring the booze How could I not get it?
Im definitely getting HD...
Yeah, that is just ridiculous. We don't even get the option to buy this fight out here in Australia, but even if we did I wouldn't get it. I like both guys but I am more than happy with just downloading them tomorrow.
oh hell fluckin yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
comcast just added hdppv like 2weeks ago....i just found out...channel is 292..for any1 who has comcast and didnt know.......no extra charge either...same price as standard def....hell yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we get a top rank feed over ere in the UK as part of a monthly subscription of about $19 this gives us most big US fights, the major German ones and some UK fights. Then if we want regular Friday Night Fights (domestic) like you have on ESPN or Showtime over there its another $35.00 a month on top of your basic cable\sat sub, but this also gives us all Premiership Football and lots more top sports, so we really do quite well boxing wise for the cash. We get a few PPV's, but only if its Hatton or Khan, 2 a year max i would say at around $25.00 (in HD)
luckily it's part of my subscription, and I get the tv channel its airing on free for a year after that its about £9.99 a month, but get quite alot of good fights mosley marg and vic fights were shown. so far it's been worth having setants :boxing:

That's pretty steep. Considering Pavlik and Cotto might well completely outclass mismatched opponents.
I mean Duddy vs Vanda is the only closish fight on paper, and that's about 70/30 in Duddy's favour.
Anyway, If I was an American I reckon i'd still pay it. We're all mugs! it's love I guess.
You're not old enough for a bar, young lady :nono:
LoL, Ive been getting into bars since I was 18. id prefer to just watch it at a friends house but no one ordered it so, looks like a bar night
I can get it for the normal 44$, but im just going over to a bar instead probably, or maybe downloading it from here tomorrow
dam i never thought you were a girl. a fine looking one too. glad we have girls members.
Decline of Boxing, in my opinion ... thank PPV
and this is why boxing is falling off.
damn near $60, for what'll be 4 or 5 fights total? im predicting 5 (but someone correct me with the actual # of fights if poss). just wow
and even more wow is during the Dream Fight someone on here defended the price of PPV with saying that it cost close to what going to the movies would.
uh I dunno about you guys but im pretty sure I don't spend anywhere close to $50 to see a movie, and no way I spend $60, I know that much. Hell I probably won't go over $20 .. although if tickets are $10 it could get close.
but anyway getting back on topic this is why boxing is falling off.
people can point at the lack of one universal champ, but if you ask me I think paying almost $60 is much worse
and no wonder boxing has trouble competing with the other big sports since the NBA, MLB and NFL all show a majority of their respective seasons free of extra charge.
You're not old enough for a bar, young lady :nono:
and you still believe that's her but you don't believe Margarito cheated on any other fight?..:nonono:
