Cotto on Margarito decision

(Sorry for not posting the link BS blocks it, go to fight news.com its the first bulletin) Here is Miguel Cotto’s reaction regarding the California’s State Athletic Commission revoking Antonio Margarito’s boxing license: “California’s Boxing Commission evaluated the case and made a decision. They have necessary evidence to judge according to their rules. I think that my future won’t be affected by this decision. I will continue with my training for February 21 and I’m focused on winning the title against Michael Jennings and bringing another championship to Puerto Rico.”

Yet there are some out there who think Cotto's refusal to respond to anything regarding Mayweather was proof he didn't want to fight him. The man is a class act and a warrior who has fought an impressive lists of names throughout his career.

Why assume Mexicans hate Cotto? Does anyone who isn't australian f*ck kangaroos? Cotto is one of my fav. fighters, always has been. Apologies if that was taken as a generalisation, it wasn't meant to be. I was just implying that surely the only way you could hate this guy would be due to the Mexican-PR rivalry as there could be no other reason. I wasn't saying that all Mexicans hated Cotto.

PROPS to Cotto. Actually, what was even more classier was the way he congratulated Marg after their fight when they hugged. He showed class during a difficult time. Again props to Cotto. (And that's a Mexican saying it...)
