I think so too while Cotto really doesn't have much to learn fron a new trainer. His relationship with his uncle is not good and he's better off with someone he can get along. And now when this plater shit is comfirmed, he should fire his uncle right away. I agree........:hail: lol

I know what u mean. like I say... not to blame him.. but you definitly have a point.. evangelista IS NOT AN ELITE TRAINER! and cant teach cotto new things!! he gave him all that he knows.. its time for cotto to move un.. or do an upgrade to his corner adding some "new & fresh techniques" .... this kind of things always get fighters new i dont know how to say this in english... trae nuevos brios!! cottos career will get a boost with an upgrade in that corner!! they are plenty of trainers that would d oa terrific job with cotto.... While I don't think that a new trainer will do that much in terms of learning new skills. I think that having someone in your corner who you are not in constant conflict with is more important. Everything will go a lot smother and Cotto can have the complete preparation that I think he's been lacking.

If their relationship can get to be this bad, I really think that Cotto has to get a new trainer who's all about business and not related to him in any personal level. agree. If Evangelista had done his job, Cotto would be undefeated and probably 20million dollars richer. His dumb uncle sowed up late to fight and cost Cotto millions of dollars plus an unblemished record. If I were Cotto I would go against my uncle first and I would finish what I started by betting the shit out of cheato Margarito. This is by no means meant to put down what Mosley did tonight, but if Cotto had gotten a fair shake he would have done the same. you cant blame evangelista for something that possibly didn't happen

Cotto needs a new trainer. They don't prepare properly. They don't watch film, they are only concerned with what they're doing, it's as if they don't care about the opponent. Cotto is lucky that he's pretty good at making in fight adjustments, because they sure don't look to adjust his style based on his opposition.

Evangelista had more important things to keep him occupied like making sure his fighter is prepared and ready to go.
