Shane Mosley can win if.......

How about a lil points wager just for the fun of it. I'm on the fence on this one but I'm not counting Sugar out. We all know the unpredictable can happen (Hop-Pavlik, Pac-Delahoya, Darchynian-Mijares etc,.). And Margarito definitely aint unbeatable as great as his heart and chin is. Ahhh, too bad we didn't make this bet.

...he makes the fight as ugly as possible. Clinch, move, clinch, move, clinch, pot shot with right hand, clinch, body punches, clinch, move...

Mosley is unlikely to completely neutralize Margarito by simply boxing and using his toes and footwork. He's never been that sort of fighter anyway, he's excelled at "power-boxing", which is more of a slugging style anyway. I think Shane's best chance might be an ugly, dull fight where he uses his quickness to beat Tony to the punch and ties him up. He's got to find a way to slow down Margarito's workrate. He can't keep up with Tony's pace.

....he fights the perfect fight using a combination of bouncing on his toes and throwing hard rights. Thing is, Mosley is too macho to test his strength and that he can bang with fighers. We all know that Margarito starts slow and will probably lose some early rounds, the key for Mosley in this fight is to finish the second half strong. But I just don' t know, there could be a Mosley/Forrest scenerio where Shane gets in trouble like he did against Vernon up against the ropes, only unlike Forrest, Margarito takes him out. I'm on the fence on this fight as far as predictions. I'll just enjoy the fight wihout any picks. This is why I'm picking Margs 7th or 8th TKO. Shane will get hit and he has to fire back every time, that's just who he is. Marg is just the wrong guy to do that with and I believe Shane will take a beating. I see the Vernon senario and Marg finishing him off.
