Did anyone hear him after the 12th round ended?
It wasn't clear to me but my brother said that Berto's father said to him "You just f*cked up"
Seems to me like if Berto's father thought he lost the fight than he probably did.
I am going to assume my brother was right unless someone can clarify otherwise,
That is some odd logic. He did not once say "you ****ed up" on the HBO broadcast.
I heard it closely,he didnt say " u ****ed up ",before the 11th round,he was saying,ITS TIME TO STEP IT UP,THIS IS YOUR CHANCE,and after the fight he told him how much he loved him
All I heard him say was that he loved him. He probably knew the fight was close and it could not go his son's way, so he was comforting him if the decision wasn't in his favor.
lol, then you were only ever looking for one answer
No. I was looking for someone who actually watched the HBO broadcast and not some dogcrap russian streaming site who may have heard what he did or did not say.
I asked a very simple question and nobody has answered it.
Did he or did he not tell Andre "You ****ed up!"?
I don't see what is so hard about that.
Then again I'm not an idiot.
Never heard him say that. But he did say that Berto needed a knockout to win going into round 12. If Berto's dad thought he was losing it means nothing. Of course a father will be extra nervous and assume the worst.
so what if his dad thinks he may have lost.
to me neither was a loser and both their stocks go up after that.
we the fans won more than anything and i hope next weeks fight is at least half as good.
I heard him telling Berto that he loved him and that the 12th round was amazing, a little before the decision was announced. So I think you mighta heard wrong.
I didn't hear either way, thats why I was asking.
I did hear him tell him the 12th was amazing but it may have only been after he realized he made an ass of himself telling his son he lost right on camera a few minutes before
