When he is first hit by the left, he gradually falls backwards and you can see him getting groggy, and his eyes closing. By the time he is on the floor, he wants to get up, but his brain is still waking up, so he is helpless. If that huge right hit him after that huge left, it might have been disastrous.
Yeah, he could have been seriously hurt had that right hand landed.

He actually seems excited to be present at such a momentous ocassion, by the sounds of things. So, this is not really classed as ownage at all. If I were him, I know I would be talking about it for years, especially if Khan goes on to achieve big things. It would be one of those "I was there moments".
That must've been terrible for the poor guy. He sounds like a massive Khan fan, and it's bad enough seeing your favourite fighter lose on TV, let alone ringside. I remember how shattered I was seeing Morales crumble in the second Pac fight. Terrible feeling.
