That,s right fight fans, i say that prescott would k.o. Gamboa due to his power and long ass jab i say he knocks him cold within 3 rounds...who you got???
with gamboas aggressivness and prescotts powerfull "QUICK" counter punching, i say another 1st round stoppage for the colombian
gamboas as wreckless as khan
Well we dont really know how hard prescott hits until he fights someone else who has a better chin than Khan, Getting rock by a jab shows khan has a weak chin more than prescott packing power IMO.
You guys really underestimating Khan now, he's more smart of a fighter now with Roach training him. If you guys saw his last fight, he doesnt trade that much now but fighting in and out, just like PAC. Its perfect for him. He's fast already.
The biggest problem is Khan was hurt by Prescott's jab, i seriously doubt Khan could last a full 10 or 12 rounds without being caught by one Prescott power punch and when he does he will be in real trouble again. I agree that Khan is probably more skilled than Prescott but you sadly cant do much about your chin. As for Prescott beating Gamboa i don't know about that he looked good in the 50secs against Khan but was unimpressive against Abril, Its way to early to say Prscott is shit he could well have been working hard in the gym and improved on his weak points he is a young fighter so he is going to get better until i see him in a longer fight its difficult to tell.

Khan would beat Prescott in a rematch IMO. I know he's packing glass but the guy is highly skilled and has time on his side. A loss isn't the end of the world for him, he just needs to work on that defense and i think he could make a big impact on this sport.
Anyone who thinks Khan is a fraud should jump off the next cliff that they come across.
As for Prescott, well i've only seen a minute of him fight and he packs a punch but that's all must of us know!?!
I don't really know much about Gamboa either to be honest with you but from what i've seen of him, he has a bright future ahead of him.
I think this forum really has a problem with Gamboa, I suppose in a way it is warranted. Gamboa goes down too often and lacks proper defense to be considered elite, but he hasn't been hurt and has a solid offensive skill set.
As far as Prescott goes, I guess we will have to wait and see with him. He is a little too hot and cold for my taste.
Also, if Prescotts people had that much confidence in him they wouldn't have his next fight against a guy who has never fought above 125 and fought at 115 pounds as recently as 2006
wasnt prescott on friday night fights before his fight with khan? wasnt he unimpressive? who saw this fight and what did you see in him in THAT fight..
I saw the fight and thought he looked like garbage. He is dangerous for about 2 rounds and then falls off dramatically.
Gamboa would beat Prescott easily, and I'm not crazy about Gamboa
it's posted on youtube he was strong but had trouble cuting off the ring and after he got some distance he shot a punch to the side like he was restarting

I don't know about all that, I gotta see more of Prescott though.
Even though Gamboa's been down I still have yet to see him hurt. Unlike Khan who got hurt if someone as much as farted in his direction.
:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Id say a lot of the upper tier fighters would stop Gamboa, especially one like Prescott who is like 3 times the size of Gamboa.
Gamboa has a lot of holes but hopefully he learns to defend himself a little better after each knockdown
