I have seen people discuss this on different threads but I haven't seen a specific thread for it... so I was wandering who you think will win on May 2nd?
I at the moment am tipping Pacquiao to win by decision or maybe late TKO... but it is still early days yet so my I might change my mind closer to the bout.
I want Hatton to win, but I can just see Pacquiao taking this one... what do you think?

I just think Manny will out point him.
But let's get one thing straight, if you think this fight is going to be like with Diaz or DLH beating, you're in for a nasty shock.
Yeh i think Hatton will put up more of af fight... Still could end up in a late TKO...

I think Pacquaio will win a decision. Hes not the kind of counter puncher of Mayweather or Lazcano so i don't see him being stopped by Manny, especially since hes naturally bigger and the fighters that hurt him were at least his size. I actually think this fight will be close.
I think the idea of a flywieght KO'ing a guy who only been stopped by PBF at WW is more than wishful thinking.
The guy hasn't shown me anything to say that his punch power will hurt Hatton.
That said i think Pacman wins by a round or two in a close fight, but if he trys to go to war with Hatton there is only one winner and he'll be fighting in light blue.
Pacmans advantages are his southpaw style and movement, Speed won't be a factor it never is with Hatton, his footwork is too good for that.
Pacman has enough power for Hatton to respect but there is no way he stops him, people should stop this shit about cuts, hatton hasn't had a serious cut in 5 years and he's fought people way bigger and harder hitting than Pacman. Even when he has been cut it's only been close to being stopped once and the corner did well enough that Hatton managed to fight another 10 rounds.
Hatton has the advantage in strength, power and close work, so pacman need to clinch when Hatton closes and work hard at keeping the fight broken up, and pick Hatton apart coming in.
As a Hatton fan I hope pacman is taking this as lightly as his fans are because if he thinks this is going to be an easy fight he's not going to last 3 rounds, Malinaggi has as good a chin as anyone in the lower weight classes and he wanted nothing to do with Hatton after his first hook landed.
Pacman is the better fighter and should win if he gets his tactics right no matter what hatton turns up, but you guys should think twice if you're putting real money down on a KO/TKO because it's not going to happen.

Pacman by KO... Pacquiao is complete fighter right now i think Hatton couldn't handle Pac...
thats what i thought, he said he'd never go up to 147 again after floyd.. thought i read it was at 147 somewhere
I am pretty sure it will be at 140 anyway. With Pacquiao being a Lightweight, it would make more sense in him just moving up one weight and Hatton staying at his original weight to fight, instead of Hatton moving up one and Pacquiao moving up 2. :)
Paquiao all the way, Pac has developed into a astonishing fighter beating the likes of morales,barrera,Jmm,d.diaz,Dlh.Dont get me wrong Hatton is an amazing fighter in his own right, but the truth is Pacman's winning diz fight no doubt about it.
A lot of people are thinking TKO/KO Round 7, I think it will go longer than that (though I could be wrong). Either way it should be a good fight and I am looking forward to it.:boxing:
It wont be a draw though lol.
