Does Mosley have a chance come the 24th?

Margarito will get hit a lot because Mosley is the better boxer, and Mosley has faster hands. I know Margarito should and will win this fight more times then not, but with those two factors involved anything can happen. Marga got hit alot against cotto, and cotto has faster hands than tony...but marga still got to cotto.

If it is anthing like the way he performed against Mayorga then no, but this fight could also be a huge upset and if he wins i expect everyone to say Marg was over-hyped like he already is.

Haven't heard much talk about this fight. Just wondering if anyone thinks Shane has a chance of winning this fight against Marg. IMO I think he could give him some trouble speed wise. ...Mosley always has a chance...he's a great fighter with a good chin...he's got a better chance NOW then "Quitto" has in the rematch... I think it will be a better fight than most people think..I think Mosley has to keep the fight in the middle of the ring.It really all depends on how he handles Margs constant pressure. If he is able to keep Marg off of him he could win this thing.Mosley has a good straight jab.But Mosley looked terrible in his last fight.So yeah it will be a very tough fight for Mosley.

i think initally ppl were too quick to write off sugar, lately posters have recognised that he does have a good style for beating marg and he does have a good chance. sugar shane is a proud fighter its that pride that makes him trade when he should box but its the same pride that means he rematches an opponent when he loses against them. now sugar will be really up for this fight, he will see a win over marg going some way to compensating for the loss he suffered to cotto. sugarw will follow the same blueprint as cotto did, use power, speed and accuracy to rack up the points for the first 7 or so rounds. where cotto failed is that he didn't have the stamina to keep up his workrate and his chin is not really that sturdy. sugar on the other hand does have a better chin that cotto and if he comes in with a good training camp his stamina should hold up as well. but sugar shane is sugar shane, he will probably get drawn into a slugfest and that is playing into marg's hands whatsmore suagr didn't look all that good in his last fight. vs mayorga sugar could have made things alot easier for himself but he didn't, i had him winning the fight but because the fight was going along the lines of what mayorga planned it seemed closer than it should have been. if sugar sticks and moves, counters properly and can withstand marg in the later rounds he can pull out the W.

I'd love Shane to win, but I honestly think that this may be the first time he'll get stopped if the Margarito from the Cotto fight turns up.

i guess its possible margarito falls down and breaks his ankle during the ring walk.
