I didn't say SRR is more advanced :lol1: But you did just prove how ****ing dumb you are. So let me type this next bit big, bold, and in simple terms:
You are too stupid to successfully make the case you're trying to make.
Mission success, defeated cult member, name marchegiano a lunatic,
ascended no longer has to speak to you as he has provided video evidence,he is moving on to the next opposition
Who are you to say any of this nonsense?
Qualify your ability to understand what your watching by listing a couple of punches that are not the basic five; jab, cross, uppercut, hook, overhand. You may use google or whatever, you don't have to pretend like you didn't. Just flex on your ability to be able to identify anything beyond super basic boxing. If you can't do that then why should anyone ever give any ****s about your interpretation of any boxing video?
If you want to present a video study, present a ****ing video study. This is fan girl bull**** and nothing more.

He at his best still looks like a 30s-40s fighter, yet crazy idiots have said the quote for years. If we had more footage, we would be even more amazed. This looks still like the 30s-40s fighter, and in no way does he look close to even an amateur 70s-90s fighter.
https://youtu.be/L5OpSAlxqAE?si=JDgP6gTbj8zlfI-- Here is Ray more advanced than in his young years, keeping distance more, using more angles, not as sloppy, better defense still looks like a novice though
Here is Pac in his skinny low 100s class
https://youtu.be/wilLVJew380?si=-nMe5gN64vEYHGJu he he is more advanced even at that weight than the whole srr era
https://youtu.be/q9Fk7okFYGs?si=nimcx95l5tzYpzAV Here he is in the class he would be destroying SRR at, Manny here is even way more advanced than when he was in the '90s, even the person he is fighting is way more advanced than the whole srr era
Find a way to make srr more advanced cult member lunatic

you don't have the power to alter footage and change all I have posted,he cares not of words as they cannot change footage, you're words are of no use to I,and all you have said is invalid as video evidence is the only thing that matters

So where did it ever come from he would beat Manny at?, as I said looks novice and no one ever even made pro fighting like that even in manny amateur time

only lunatics who watched highlights said SRR would win, he looks like a novice even in his prime in those vids, everyone who picked SRR is a crazy idiot every last one he looks horrible as I said

MC = Monte Cox (promoter)
JH = James Hirth/Interviewer
JH: With most of the Red Devils fighting almost exclusively in Russia, were you able to get a hold of film of these guys?
MC: No we weren’t. That was the one thing we couldn’t do in time. Miguel has given me a basic report of their individual strengths and weaknesses but we’ll find out more when we get to Atlantic City. The week of the show their will be a “U.S. Team” and “Russian Team” environment and more of an information sharing session.
JH: Does that bother you? I mean especially with fighters from other countries, you cannot be sure their reported record is even accurate.
MC: Well I told the guys just to focus on their own skills and make sure they arrive in shape. That way they should be ready for anything and should stick to their own game.
JH: From what I’ve gathered, Jason Maxwell (USWF, KOTC, HnS, USMMA, ZST veteran, 4-6 in MMA) and Sergei Goliaev (M-1 and Free Fight Holland veteran, 4-2 in MMA) are somewhat evenly matched experience-wise. However Justin Eilers (Extreme Challenge, Superbrawl, IFC veteran, 8-3-1 in MMA) appears to have a great deal more experience than Mikhail Bogdanov (M-1 and Free Fight Holland veteran, 3-1 in MMA).
MC: Yes well the one thing I told the guys was that the Red Devil Fight Club doesn’t have any bums on it. They are all tough guys or they wouldn’t be a part of that camp.
JH: Right, and it’s also a given that they have a military background because most fighters out of Russia have been training in grappling and striking since their youth.
MC: Right but I also think our guys have faced better competition. Maxwell has been in there with Duane Ludwig and Jens Pulver (Maxwell is out of the event due to an elbow injury and will be replaced by UFC veteran Rich “No Love” Clementi – JH). Eilers has faced Dan Severn and “Cabbage” Correira. I don’t think those particular Red Devil fighters have faced athletes of that caliber. I have kind of a funny story with Kerry Schall. I told him I had a fight for him in RINGS Japan…
JH: Oh, I already see this coming.
MC: Yes. I told him most of the Russians in RINGS were not very good. Like Volk Han, Andre Kopylov and Achmed Labasanov. Well he ran into Fedor (laughs).
JH: And Fedor killed him (laughs).
MC: Yeah, but who knew (laughs)? He had only had a few fights and who knew what a buzz saw Fedor would turn out to be (laughs)? Kerry would say “Hey, you ought to talk to my manager. He’ll get you an easy bout in RINGS” (laughs).
Hahaha great story. Running into Fedor is like running into impending doom. Good read.
this thread is hilarious!!! I hope the creator is pointing out how all this Pacman love is annoying and just plain stupid. pacman is still a lil ball of offense who doesn't have any defense and will be outboxed by any technicl boxer his size or bigger.
Yeah...I just created this last night because I was seeing Pacquiao vs. Everybody threads. In one thread, a couple of fans were saying Pacquiao would've stopped SRR, so I made this thread, and obviously there are some fools who actually believe that.

Yea, I heard about that on a little doc I watched, it was a pretty funny story.
When Pep saw him he made a coment to his trainer like, "Is that the guy i'm fighting!?" and his trainer replied "Don't worry, the kid probably can't fight at all" or something like that :lol1:

I'm just sick and tired of seeing comments like, "WTF?!?" when somebody picks the one that doesn't go with his choice, like he knows his $hit when it comes to boxing, you what? Your take or my take don't mean diddly squat when it comes to boxing, because anybody can beat anybody on any given day, that why we hear the word "upset" come up every now and then.
These mythical match-ups are not the bread and butter of a boxing forum, it's just the dessert. We often talk about current champions going up against prospects, contenders and tomato cans/bums/palookas too. This thread is just made to stir things up and "work" the other side, trying to illicit responses from the fans of the other boxer, and refute them like he can prove he's right. How can we prove if these so called fantasy match-ups can't happen?
Wow. Chill the **** out a bit dude!

Robinson, if anything, was a natural WW. His best weight, and maybe it had something to do with age as well, wasn't at MW.
You know he actually started out lighter than WW and even fought Willie Pep and beat him in the amatuers? That's what I hear.

I don't think it would be competitive. SRR is naturally a middleweight, maybe a jr middleweight at that.
At welterweight? I think SRR would whoop on my boi Pacman. But Pacman would whoop on SRR at Kareokee. LOL.

Erm why are you even here then?
Mythical match-ups are boxing forums bread and butter.
Just not when you get silly ones like Pacquaio (1 fight at the weight) vs the greatest Welterweight in history.
Also the Salvador vs Manny Pavquaio match-uup is silly.

This fantasy match-up is good for nothing until both boxers squares up in the ring, which we know will never happen. You can argue all you want that SRR takes this one sitting down, and I'm sure there's always two sides of a coin.
You're all delusional if you pick either or.
This mythical match-up is a trap, nobody can prove anybody wrong, because it can't be proved. Get on with your dull lives and see the world...
i picked pac by decision against oscar because of how oscar looked against steve forbes...
but against robinson, he gets BLASTED...robinson was an offensive monster and maybe had faster hands than pac
No Maybe about it, SRR was plain quicker than Pac and hits harder while having a height, reach and chin advantage.
SRR knocked out Middleweights, WITH ONE PUNCH WHILE GOING BACKWARDS.
Pacs top 25 all time IMO but SRR is rated as the greatest ever for a reason.
SRR by KO in 4 rounds
But no one thought Pac would beat DLH and look what happend.
