last year, against Ibragimov.
So whatever happened today was a sideshow of absolutely no consequence.
There's nothing to be upset about, unless you wanted to see Evander hold an interim belt before losing 12-0 to the real WBA Champ, a southpaw who's much better than Ibragimov.
Many fighters get undeserved title fights{Zab Judah} that doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to actually win. It may have been a circus act but the only ones who looked like clowns were the judges. For a 46 year old I think Evander performed wonderfully. Let me ask you this question....... Even tho Valuev is a horrible titilist shouldn't the better of the two get the belt?
Neither of them should get a belt. Evander should never have been sanctioned as a challenger in the first place, since he hasn't been competitive with another challenger in years. He can fight who he wants in non-title fights.
Let me get this straight...... Evander being robbed of a belt is ok because he would of lost it in his next fight? Where is the logic???????
No, it's ok because he lost last year 11-1 in a title fight, and never should be in one in the first place. Today's fight was between two guys who are nowhere near the top of the division. Evander getting a belt and parading it on TV, as if he were even competitive with today's HWs, would be the worst thing I could imagine.
Klitschko can stop talking that crap about fighting Valuev now. He still won't fight Gomez, though.
I agree, Valuev has to be out of the running for either Klitschko.
Gomez will get his fight. I'd rather he get it first, but the Haye fever was too strong.
I'm glad that people are finally seeing Valuev for what he is, a circus act. He had no business on anyone's top heavyweight list even though he holds a belt.
Any other top heavyweight would've beaten Holyfield rather easily.
How did you score the Ruiz and Donald fights? I don't think I've ever watched them all the way through.

Ibragimov is better then he gets credit for, is no match for any of the klitschko's but he'd give anyone else hell in this weak heavyweight division. He has speed, and good footwork. Ibragimov also hurt Holyfield with a bodshot too, I think Holy even admitted it in interviews if I remember correctly.
