Which fighter is gonna get real high in the ranks from where they are now? You got a stage set for David Haye to do somethin big and I think he's gonna have a fight before Klitschko. Which one? I think it will be Vitali buh Valuev might get in the mix but dude has to deal with Chagaev. Arreola has a fight with Peter on the horizon and that will definitely be a crowd pleaser. Dimitrenko, Povetkin and Odlanier Solis might have good years but to me Haye will be the Outstandin heavy of the year. A fight with Ibragimov or Kevin Johnson in late March would be great for him and then after fight Vitali.
This ain't sayin that Haye gonna beat the Klitschkos, just sayin he's gonna make the most noise in the division next year. Might beat one of em buh I don't kno about both of em.
haye isnt going to move far up cause he is going to fight a klitschko next year. that will drop him down for a little while.
anyone who wants to bet on haye, come hit me up fight time, ill be more than happy to take your points.
definatly david haye, if he fights both klits and i belive he will beat them even though vitali is gonna be a knock down drag out fight. i really like haye, i think his skills are a lil raw but s**t so were tysons, i belive that in the hw division the thing you need most is balls, and if you have balls you can hang with the big boys because if you come at them like you dont give a f**k then is worries the other fighter cuz he knows what he has and if you go a him like so what they think this guy is f**kin crazy, all those traits the hayemaker has, that being said i just hope he doesnt flop :chairshot
I like Dimitrenko's chances here. For the longest time I was ardently against him. However, he has really shown some things of late that has shocked me. Sure he needs a little more seasoning agsint technical fighters, but his body work of late has been steadily improving (see his KO of Krasniqi) and most heavyweights don't even realize their opponents have torsos. His jab has improved well and his combos are greatly improved . Basically his offensive game has come along very well, but he still needs to use his feet more and to move his head. When he figures that out, the man will be a demon in the ring. And 3 years ago I trully never thought I would say that about him. As for Wlad/Povetkin, Povetkin's style isn't tailr-made for Wlad. Quite frankly, its the perfect style to beat Wlad. Punches in bunches from many angles with great body work in there too. C'mon, seriously people think for a moment. However, Povetkin's chin isn't up to the power of Wlad, and if Chambers can stun him, Wlad can put him to sleep. It will be Sasha's chin that will determine the fight for Wlad, not Povetkin's style. Haye is better than many poeple think he is and not as good as some swear he is. He definitely has a good chance to win those fights as long as he answers some questions about himself to himself. Can he develop the prerequisite self-confidence to hang in there when he gets some good shots in on a heavyweight and they still stand in there and deliver good shots in return? Sure he talks a big game and has a lot of confidence, but bravado doesn't equate to inner strength. Klitschkos can't really make a great year for themselves unless one of them becomes the true champion, and that will only really happen if they fight one another (for now at least).
Wladimir will probably have the best year. He starts off with Povetkin I believe. Vitali could also have a great year if he beats JC Gomez and possibly Haye. I'm sure the public will pick whichever Klitschko gets and beats Haye.
I ain't sayin Haye is gonna KO the Klits or anythin like that. He might have the best chance of winnin then any other heavy. After another fight against a top ten guy alot of people might start sayin it, but I truly think he's gonna make the biggest impact on the division next year.

Keep dreaming bro
Haye is overrated, he has a glass chin and keeps that left hand too low. He will get KO'd for sure in 2009.
The Klitschko brothers will continue dominating the heavyweight division in 2009.
Haye will get KO'd in 1 or 2 rounds by one of the Klitscko bros. It looks like Vitali is gonna get that fight. Haye has a slight punchers chance against Wlad, but he has absolutely NO CHANCE against the iron chinned Vitali.
Alexander Dimitrenko is a 6'7 250 lbs beast, he will continue destroying opponents in 2009.
Arreola looked like shit against the clubfighter Walker. He will probably get KO'd in 2009.
Chagaev is still recovering from the torn achilles tendon. I hope he recovers and gets back in the mix soon. He is the real WBA heavyweight champion, he only lost his title because of the injury. I'd put my money on Chagaev to win a UD over Valuev again in 2009.
Povetkin is also injured and recovering, he will be back to face Wladimir Klitschko sometime in 2009. Povetkin's style is tailor made for Wlad, he will get KO'd.
who cares?
only joking. I think it would be better for boxing if a right character like David Haye wins it but i got a feel that Wlad will go on to beat him next year if they meet. I need to see Haye in another fight to have a better idea what he is all about and if he is the real deal or not.
Right now i see Wlad and Vitali winning comfortably, Vitali at least.
