Congrats to Manny. I woke up the neighbors cheering him on. Its time for new blood to lead boxing and Oscar had his time. If Pac and PBF fight I'd still back Floyd to win and convincingly. My opinion is all those Pac flurries would make him perfect for Floyd's laser sharp counters. I don't think Pac is strong enough to stop Mayweather. Get his respect yes.....stop no. Good post Mayweather defensively would have too much for Pacquiao & as you say he'll counter all night his the superior boxer well as Pacquiao has a fighting heart & will fight when he has to but Mayweather has time to use his skills due to his speed & defence & training camps second to none.

mayweather has the whole package. speed,power everything. he unbeaten no1 can beat him. mayweather is to quick for him. yes pacman is quick not as quick as mayweather. mayweather world greatest. Pacman has more heart and balls than floyd.

Floyd should fight him before Hatton/Pac. The fever pitch for this one won't get much higher. Shit Floyd can fight both.

This fight must happen. I can only imagine the kind of PPV numbers it would do. If Mayweather is going to come out of retirement ever, now is the time. This could be the fight that gives boxing a much needed shot in the arm. The only downside is: I'll have to hear dumb, uneducated comments from casual fans. You know the kind, they all say they are HUGE Mayweather fans but have hardly seen any of his fights pre DLH.

Manny has the speed and power of Judah without losing the gas. This would be Floyd's toughest bout to figure out. He would adjust and pull out the win though. Great fight indeed.

I'm a very big fan of mayweather but I believe Pacman has the tools to beat him, and I would prefer to watch FMJ Vs Pacman rather than Hatton/Pacman. It's a fight that has to happen. Pacman will destroy Hatton. Yes styles make fights im sure Pacquiao would make Mayweather fight every min of the fight. I believe Pacquiao will beat Hatton with his speed & movement + Hattons face busts up easily like Gatti so he'll be a right mess when its done then a big money fight with Floyd JR.

With Mayweather having moved up in weight it has to have slowed down some of his speed but he would be too good defensively. In theory yes, but he has a never faced a guy like Pacquiao and he does have problems with Southpaws and fighters who have quick hands as he does If Castillo can push him and arguably beat him then i dont see why Pacquaio should be discounted, even an old Dela Hoya pushed Mayweather.

Mayweather is not exceptionally quick imo, he is quick but he does not have Sugar Shane at lightweight type quickness,Judah is probably quicker than Mayweather aswell as is Pacquaio imo. i would def back Mayweather to win, but Pacman actually has the speed to hit him, and the power to potentially hurt him, so it'd be a great fight for sure He has Pacquiao would have to force the action thus living himself open to be countered Floyd's skills would be too much & its a possibility we might see them fight because Floyd JR is going to have to come out of retirement soon with the way he spends money.
