OK, so anyone who knows ANYTHING about boxing can already see which way this one will go, but Froch is still calling for it, and it could indeed be a good farewell fight for the Millenium Stadium.
So, my question to you people today is this: Who wins, and how?
add option: don't care.
Ah, come on now, Alu, you must have cared a bit, you posted in this thread.
Err, anyway. Joke Calslappy should fight Froch at 168 just to shut him the **** up. It'd be devastating for Carl to lose his shiny new belt right after he'd won it, and in such an embarrassing Lacy-esque fashion.
Damn, Joe should have signed as soon as he'd won it.

Bump, **** you Carl Froch. The only person who voted for you is probably yourself. I think Carl Froch posts on this board, no ones going to pick you to beat Calzaghe when you have a shitty ass defense.
Calzaghe will never need to give you a fight, you're probably going to get the shit kicked out of you by J-Taylor anyways
Calzaghe by wide UD; pretty much a repeat of the Lacy fight. Froch has a puncher's chance, but that's about it.
I can't see it happening. JC won't drop back to SMW now, and a fight against Froch at LH would be even more one sided. Maybe if Froch unified the division, but a) he isn't good enough and b) he doesn't have time before Calzaghe retires. Froch should be looking for Kessler or Taylor; my guess is Kessler will be more eager for the fight.
I agree with every word here. Calzaghe is too fast, too accurate and way too fit for Froch IMO.

It won't happen, but if it did, Calzaghe wins a very clear UD. Joe wouldn't stop Carl, his chin is too good and Joe's hands are ****ed.

Froch is more one dimensional than a concrete pillar. Calzaghe's movement and jab alone would win a shutout. At the top level Froch's power and chin are average as feather fisted Pascal showed.
Concrete pillars have three dimensions ... rest is probably about right though
