Who defends Marg's decision to fight Mosley instead of Williams?

Williams fight won't happen IMO because of Al Haymon. Cotto and Margarito are possibilities even though those percentages could be very low. Do you think it was a good possibility that if Cotto would have beat Margarito that PBF vs. Cotto might have been made. We all know that Cotto would have brought more money than Margarito. Its possible, but doesn't really mean anything. The Williams fight won't happen because Floyd won't want it. Haymon or no Haymon. Floyd controls his own career.

Margarito losing to Williams has nothing to do with because Floyd most likely wouldn't fight Williams either, nor Cotto, nor Clottey, or Shane. Theres something to be said about that. At this point, he only wants guys he already beat, and a smaller man, again. Now you can try to put that spin onto Margarito, but once again, Margarito has fought Paul, asked for an immediate rematch, was declined and moved on. Yes you did state a fact that he told Margarito that and PBF did retire. But you stated no fact that proves his retirement was out of fear. That is your opinion. You are very much entitled to it. Im just curious to know how fighting Mosley for $2mil makes more sense from both a monetary standpoint and a legacy standpoint, rather than rematching Williams for $4mil and a chance to redeem himself. I've seen a few diehard Margarito fans try and defend this decision, and i just dont see how you can. I like both Marg and Williams, and would love to see a rematch to show who's the true 147lb champ. I dont even think Arum would pay Margarito that much money ($4mil) to rematch Cotto.
