why didn't malignaggis corner pull him out of the cotto fight?

The fight, at least on the official scorecards, was alot closer than the fight looked (the Cotto fight). Paulie could of made it out of the fight, but Buddy told him for 11 rounds in what to do and he ignored him while throwing a jab, getting hit, then hugging. I see why Paulie was mad and I see why Buddy did it.

He had a different corner back than, after the Cotto fight he started to work with Mgirth. I agree he was more in danger in the Cotto fight , throwing a towel would make more sense in that fight . Yeah Mcgirt should not have stopped it.
